Class Details

  • This high-energy class focuses on developing the foundational skills of jazz dance through strength, flexibility, precision, and musicality. Dancers will work on proper alignment, isolations, turns, kicks, leaps, and stylized movement across the floor. Emphasis will be placed on clean technique, performance quality, and building versatility in jazz styles ranging from classical to contemporary. Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for dancers looking to sharpen their technique and elevate their stage presence.

  • Designed to improve overall flexibility, range of motion, and muscle recovery, this class focuses on safe, effective stretching techniques for dancers. Dancers will work through dynamic and static stretches targeting key muscle groups, with an emphasis on lengthening, alignment, and injury prevention. Breathing, body awareness, and consistency are highlighted to support long-term flexibility gains. Ideal for dancers of all levels looking to increase mobility, improve lines, and support technical growth in all styles of dance

  • This class blends acrobatic skills with dance technique to help dancers safely build strength, control, and confidence in executing impressive tricks. Dancers will focus on flexibility, balance, and coordination while learning skills such as walkovers, aerials, handsprings, headstands, and partner-assisted tricks. Proper progressions and spotting techniques ensure safe skill development at all levels. Perfect for dancers looking to elevate their performance with dynamic, stage-ready acro elements.

  • This class is designed to prepare dancers for the technical, physical, and performance demands of competitive and collegiate dance teams. Training will include a mix of jazz, pom, hip hop, and contemporary styles, with a focus on strength, stamina, precision, and synchronization. Dancers will work on team-style choreography, sharp motions, kicks, turns, leaps, and group formations, as well as conditioning and performance endurance. Ideal for current or aspiring dance team members looking to elevate their skills and team presence
